"I would just like to say that it was a pleasure to do business with Ty and his crew. We had first went to the ****** ***** store and it was way too high of pressure. I acctually felt like I was at a regular car dealership. They were playing the whole "sharpie game" were you tell them what you are looking to spend and they take it to the back and come up with a price. When I expressed that I wanted to go look at the Polaris store they sent their sales manager out to try to talk me in to just buying the *****. I was really excited that me and my wife were going to purchase an ATV but this high pressure kind of ruined it. The people at your polaris dealership ,however, were very pleasent to deal with. It became fun again. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. I enjoy my Sportsman 700 X2 very much. If this gets to you my advice would not to have too high of pressure in your sales at the ***** store. Buying an ATV or even a motorcycle is supposed to be a fun experience. I bought the bike back in March so I am sorry it has taken me so long to get back to yall with this survey. Thank you."

"I purchased the Ranger RZR S as a birthday present to myself. The product looks awesome and drives even better, in fact, it takes to the mudd like fish takes to water. The staff, Jason & Ty, were the best guys to deal with. No sales pressure, very knowledgeable of the product, and both shared my excitement in getting my new "mudd buggy" dressed just the way I wanted it...special top and scooped hood...brush guard and a 1/2 windshield...it looks sweet even when it's dirty! "This is just a statment of FACT! I went down to the beach help my friend pull his Ranger out of the marsh. We were struggling to get it out of the water. So my friend decided to get his H2 Hummer involved! He got the H2 stuck in a little ditch and guess what came to the rescue? I hooked up my POLARIS 700 04'model w/stock tires and pulled this approx. 7500lb vehicle out! Now that is the power and torque a Polaris ATV brings to the table. Why would anyone else want to buy a foreign bike when we have an AMERICAN bike that will do the job at competitive prices? Polaris is the best ATV out there!"

"This has nothing to do with Polaris ATVs, but a great deal to do with the quality of Cowboy Polaris's employees. My wife and I were passing through Beaumont and had the misforture of a flat tire. I spent 30 minutes trying to get the bolts loose with the factory tools provided with no sucess. I had all but given up when out of nowhere a Cowboy Polaris truck stops to my rescue. The driver, a Cowboy Polaris employee, not only changed my tire, but also gave my wife and I bottled water, and made sure we were ok. I offered to pay him for his trouble, but he would not even consider it. I know only his first name from the shirt he was wearing,"Ty". We made it home safely, and I wanted to share this experience to anyone who cares to read. I don't know what they sell...but based on one employee, I'd sure buy it! God Bless You."

"Cowboy Polaris does a better job than their competitors. I walked in and was just looking...they took time to talk to me, even though I was just there to look. When I went to their competitor, as soon as I mentioned I was just looking; I was ignored! Anyone planing to purchase an ATV or UTV should know that Cowboy Polaris has the BEST people in the business!!! Ty is awesome, and everyone who works for him follows his example. "We heard about Cowboy Polaris: We own 2 Harley's from Cowboy Harley and 1 four wheeler from Cowboy Honda. We like the attention we receive from the Cowboy Dealerships thats why we went there. We showed up at the Polaris dealership around 12:00 noon on Friday August 22. There was only 1 sales person there at the time so I walked around to the parts desk and asked if I could get someone to help us out by answering some of our questions. The lady answered every question, explained how thing worked and the options. We have friends that have Rhino's and that was what we were actually suppose to go look at but we stopped here 1st. She sold it to us within 30 mins of hearing her talk about the product and it's accessories. She really just blew us away. When we asked her to help we really figured we would leave disappointed. WRONG! She just dropped what she was doing on the computer and walked out side and did everything a normal sales person would do. After she made the sale she walked us over to Ty to work out the price and paper work because he was finally thru with his customer. We explained how helpful she was and we would like to deal with her again in the future. Ty wrapped everything up for us. He was really cheerful and helpful. The whole experience was great. Now pass this on to Polaris the cup holders need to be bigger, the lights need a high and low beam on them, and a horn. Other than that we are more than satisfied with the product."

"I just wanted to say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had in purchasing a new big-boy toy. Ty Yates was the most helpful and most knowlegable sales person I have ever dealt with. He spent lots and lots of time with me and still got around talking and mingling with other perspective buyers. He knew when I wanted to just think and talk to my wife about our options and returned when he knew I was ready to ask questions again. He is a very down-to-earth but yet a professional sales rep. He is a no pressure type guy and explains all your options (pros and cons) with no pressure or expectations in return. He does not try to pressure you into buying anything extra....he just tells you what options there are and then helps you determine your needs. After that he gives you the time to determine your WANTS (Accessory Options). Once I figured out everything I needed and wanted.. he put it on paper and told me to go think about it and get back with him whenever I got ready. So when I was ready we got together and signed the deal. He and the service people assessorized my new Razor and delivered it at the time agreed upon. It was very refreshing to deal with an indiviual that competent, knowlegable, and just plain hospitable with that no pressure aura or BS to go with it.
